HOUSE RULES
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for you and future guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules:
– Check-in is after 4:00 PM.
– Checkout is by 10:00 AM.
– Maximum of 9 guests. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
– Up to 2 dogs (max 50 lbs unless pre-approved) are welcome. Please clean up after them. No cats or other animals are permitted. The Pet fee goes toward any extra cleaning that may be needed due to the pet hair, not for any pet damage.
– No parties or events without prior permission.
– No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property (inside or out).
– For your safety, please do not use candles or other open flames inside.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
**Family-Friendly:** A Pack ‘n Play/travel crib and highchair are available for your little ones.
**Climate:** The downstairs area stays naturally cool in the summer. A space heater is provided for the cooler months.
**Amenities:** We provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including an in-unit washer and dryer, fresh linens, towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
**Security:** For your protection, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property.
You have exclusive access to the entire house, inside and out.
