A signed rental agreement may be required before check-in.
Damage insurance is included with your stay to cover small, accidental mishaps.
The pet fee covers any additional cleaning required after your stay and does not cover any pet damage. Our usual and customary pet fee will be charged at checkout. Please register the number of pets that you are bringing.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We follow the cancellation policy in place at the time you booked, as shown in your confirmation. If there is any chance you may need to cancel, we recommend purchasing travel insurance at checkout. Refunds are not provided outside the booked policy for weather, illness, or travel disruptions.
The attached mother-in-law suite is not included in this rental. You’ll have full privacy in the main house.

Natural Gas Fire Pit Instructions
Starting the Fire Pit:
-Remove the lid and set it aside.
-Locate the gas on/off key on the lower bench side of the fire pit.
Ignition:
-Light the lighter and hold it near the gas outlet inside the fire pit.
-Turn the gas key about ¼ turn to the left to ignite.
-You should hear gas flowing. The key may be stiff.
Adjusting the Flame;
-Use the gas key to adjust the flame height.
-Do not lean over the fire pit while lighting or adjusting.
Turning Off:
-Turn the gas key fully to the right to shut off the gas.
-Replace the cover after turning off.
Notes:
-If the gas key comes out, push it back in until secure.
-Do not cook food in the fire pit.
-Lighter is located on the right side of the hot tub towel rack inside the back door.
Hot Tub Operating Instructions
-Undo top hot tub tie-downs.
-Roll cover back and place on bar holders.
-Adjust temperature using arrow buttons (104°F max recommended).
-Press Jet 1 and Jet 2 to operate jets (Jet 3 not available).
-Use the Light button to turn lights on/off.
-When finished, replace the cover and secure tie-downs.
