✔️No 3rd party rentals please, without permission, unless you are part of Airbnb’s work rental program or unless you add your workers to the reservation so they can receive the guest communication.
✔️The responsible party must also be staying in the unit.
✔️NO EVENTS: Events or parties are not permitted without prior approval. Responsible alcohol consumption is allowed, but large gatherings centered around drinking are not permitted.
✔️Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7 am please. We want to be respectful of our neighbors on either side.

There is room for multiple cars in the driveway.
Damage Deposit:
As part of your cleaning fee is included a damage waiver that will cover any accidental damage to the property during your stay. Intentional damage will be your responsibility.
Rental Agreement:
A link to our rental agreement will be sent to you to sign before you check in. It is for the purpose of obtaining your agreement to the house rules as well as for taking responsibility for the risks associated with amenities such as the trampoline. There will also be a waiver to fill out regarding pets, whether or not you are bringing them.
