Meet the Team Behind Oasis Escapes
Mindi Irvine - Operations Manager
Mindi brings a unique blend of business expertise, hospitality excellence, and real estate investment knowledge to Oasis Escapes. Before diving into the world of short-term rentals, she spent 32 years as a physical therapist and sole owner of a multi-clinic physical therapy practice, successfully growing and managing multiple locations.
After retiring from healthcare in the fall of 2024,
she shifted her focus to expanding their luxury short-term rental business.
Now, Mindi is passionate about helping other healthcare professionals create passive income through short-term rentals.
She understands the demands of running a healthcare practice and recognizes that while real estate—especially short-term rentals—is one of the most lucrative investment opportunities, it also requires significant time and expertise. Mindi’s mission is to make short-term rentals a truly passive investment for busy professionals by handling the complexities of hosting while maximizing returns.
Alex Irvine – Marketing Manager
Alex, at 21 years old, has spent the past year-plus studying Airbnb management and co-hosting strategies. He is passionate about helping property owners maximize their earnings while ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. His knowledge of pricing strategies, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency makes him a valuable asset to any homeowner looking to elevate their rental business.
Together, Mindi and Alex manage five of their own short-term rental listings in Walla Walla, WA, and two in Asheville, NC - in addition to co-hosting properties for other owners. When they’re not perfecting the guest experience, they love spending time as a family playing pickleball, downhill skiing, and wake surfing.
At Oasis Escapes, we combine experience, innovation, and a personal touch to provide a seamless, profitable, and stress-free co-hosting service.

This home was the PERFECT family getaway for myself, husband and our 4 children!! We thoroughly enjoyed everything there was to do within the home! We played many board games and lots of pool! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are wanting a staying in/family bonding vacation. We didn’t check out the town much but the soda shop was super yummy!
